At Nelson Dental Care, we believe prevention is the best cure there is. That is why we believe so strongly that regular dental cleanings and checkups are the cornerstone to your dental health. It is much less costly and invasive to correct a problem in the early stages than it is to wait until that problem has progressed further. What starts as a white spot on a tooth, which can be treated conservatively with fluoride and better oral hygiene to reverse the cavity, can turn into the need for a root canal and crown, which if delayed further can then lead to loss of the tooth and the need for a dental implant and crown.

• The Dental Membership Program is not insurance.
• This offer is not valid combination with dental insurance of any kind.
• Membership is for 1 year beginning on the enrollment date.
• Membership dues are payable in full upon enrollment and are non-refundable.
• Membership will automatically renew on the anniversary date unless a written request to cancel is received prior to the renewal.
• No deductibles, no pre-authorizations, no yearly maximums, no waiting period.
